Pricing

Both retail and wholesale pricing for our fabrics is available on request. Wholesale pricing for cushion covers is also available. Sampling

We recommend sampling your chosen design and fabric prior to placing an order of yardage. Fabric sample orders can be placed via our online Shop, where each design is available in five natural fibre fabrics. More information can be found on our Product Information page under ‘Base fabrics’. Please contact us if you would like guidance on which fabric to choose for your needs prior to purchasing a sample.

Minimum orders

Our minimum fabric order is 50cm. All fabrics (and cushion covers) are printed and made to order.

Shipping costs and delivery lead times

A standard flat rate for shipping Australia-wide of $15.00 plus GST applies to all orders, except for fabric yardage, or where we offer free shipping for samples and orders of more than 4 cushion covers. Orders are delivered via Australia Post.

Your order will proceed to print and production on receipt of payment. Please note that orders are bespoke and produced on demand. Approximate delivery lead times are for samples 1-2 weeks; yardage 1-2 weeks and cushion covers 3-4 weeks. We will advise you immediately if there are any expected delays. Please ensure you have provided your details correctly, as they will be relied upon to process your order.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification via email. We will also be in touch by email to confirm when your order has been fulfilled/shipped.

Returns

Kindly note that as each order is bespoke and produced on demand, we don’t offer returns or refunds. We strive to produce only the highest quality products. Any minor inconsistencies in fabric weave such as slubs are not considered faulty, but part of the natural and unique character of the fabric.
